"Emerald." Knuckles said.

"Oh," Pitch said, facepalming. "Probably shoulda known that."

"I'm gonna go find Sonic and/or Tori," Tails said.

"I'll come with you," said Pitch.

Knuckles waved them off.

Pitch and Tails waved back and ran off into the woods.

Tori, meanwhile, had come across a male grey wolf in black, collapsed on the ground.

Sonic was at the top of a tree, looking over the island; although it look small from across the ocean, it was actually quite large. He slid down the side of the tree and ran off again.

Suddenly, another Sonic ran into Sonic.

"The Hell?!" Sonic exclaimed, jumping backwards.

"A faker?" 'Sonic' exclaimed, jumping back. He clenched his teeth. "What do you want!?"

"ME? What do YOU want?! Where did you even come from?"

"I could ask you the same! Faker!"

Sonic got a sly grin on his face. "You may know everything I going to do, but that's not going to help you, because I know everything YOUR going to do! Strange, isn't it?!"

'Sonic' said the exact same thing at the exact, same time.

Rouge was flying overhead, until she saw the two sonics. "Huh?"

Pitch ran up with Tails, look confused. "What in StarClan's name is going on here?!"

Sonic lunged at the doppelganger.

"STOP!" Tails shouted. "Think about it; your exact equals mentally and physically. If you start fighting, it'll just go on for infinity!"

Rouge flew down, just as confused.

'Sonic' ignored them, lunging at Sonic as well.

"Seriously, what the hell's going on?" Pitch asked.

"It's some sort of clone!" Tails exclaimed.

"CAPTAIN OBVIOUS TO THE RESCUSE!" the pink hedgehog sang mockingly.

"A clone!?" 'Sonic' snapped. "He's the clone!"

Rouge blinked, trying to sort this out. "How did this happen!?"

Sonic growled. "I'll throw you into the ocean, you faker!"

"CLONE FIGHT! CLONE FIGHT!" Pitch was shouting.

Rouge glared at Pitch.

"No if I throw you in there first, faker!"

"That's a great idea!" Pitch said. "We'll dump water all over the clone and it'll melt!"

Tails shot her a look.

"What?!" Pitch asked. "It worked in Gravity Falls!"

"I swear that show used to be good." Rouge sighed.

'Sonic' attacked.

Sonic attacked back.

"It still is!" Pitch said.

"Guys, when did this conversation become about mindless TV shows?!" Tails asked, exasperated.

"It isn't mindless!" Pitch shot back. "There's codes, and messages, and zombies, and Bill, and-"

"Just shut up already!"

"I have to agree with the shorty." Rouge said.

'Sonic' deflected and attempted to pin him down.

Pitch growled. "You know, shouldn't we be helping Sonic?"

Sonic was starting to get bored of this fight. Crap. he thought. What if Tails was right?

'Sonic' seemed bored as well, but taunted him by running in place. "You're. Too. Slow!"
